WHAT IS A CHILD FRIENDLY CITY ?
The concept of Child Friendly City includes communities and other systems of local governance in the light of a range of experiences that have emerged under the CFC Initiative.
A child friendly city is the embodiment of the Convention on the Rights of the Child at the local level: this means in practice that children’s rights are reflected in policies, laws, programmes and budgets.
